Start every morning knowing you are the passion of God and He made you special 🙂
Many of us get caught in our daily routines that we actually dread mornings. We wake up, eat breakfast, go to work, fight fires, keep clients happy, come home, eat supper and go to sleep, only to start it all over again the next morning.
But what if, what if you woke up in the morning with the biggest smile on your face and you felt special. Truly special, because you knew the Big Man Upstairs has so much passion and love for you and He has made you so special. He wants you to wake up in the morning filled with passion to spread love and joy to others through out the day.
That vision should give you hope. But, if our mind doesn’t change our actions won’t either. Meaning, if we continue to wake up every day grumbling and not feeling special, the day will go just like yesterday and back to our routine.
It’s hard as humans to wake up and feel special. It’s human nature to need compliments and praises in order to feel like we are doing something right and making a difference. We seem to only believe in the things we see, and since we don’t see God face-to-face we forget He is there and that He has made us special and unique.
I encourage you this morning, to create a post-it note and place it on your mirror:
The mirror is the one of the first places we look. I love to put my inspirational quotes or Bible versus that I need daily reminders of on my mirror. Every morning when I look at them, the biggest smile comes to my face.
It’s like my whole mindset is changed by that simple reminder.
“May the God of hope fill you with joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” Romans 15:13
**Remember, your actions won’t change until your mind does. You are so special to God our Father and have a purpose in this world. He has made you special to do things no one else in this world can do. What you are is God’s gift to you. What you do with yourself is your gift to God.**
