I am BEYOND excited for this month’s challenge groups! If you haven’t heard, now you’ve heard! 🙂 Beachbody has released a new fitness program and it’s going to be one of their best! Who knew working out could be so FUN!

FITNESS

Finding a fitness program that you are excited about doing every day is essential to reaching your goals. Through my partnership with Beachbody, you will have access to hundreds of fitness programs like 21 Day Fix, P90X, T25, Insanity, etc.

NUTRITION

or me, I had the working out down, but my nutrition was another story. And then one day it hit me, why am I putting in the hours in the gym, and then going home
and ruining all
my hard work. What you put in your body during the other 23 hours of the day will determine your level of success. Drinking Shakeology is a great way to add a boost of nutrition to your diet!

ACCOUNTABILITY

In these challenge groups, you will connect with other women who are on the same journey as you are. How awesome is that! I grew up playing basketball my entire life, and the day I had to say goodbye to my college teammates, was the day I felt a hole in my heart. It wasn’t until joining these challenge groups that I felt that same motivation and accountability from others that I felt back on the basketball floor. Be ready to be completely amazed what we can do together. You’ll be sharing recipes, sweaty selfies, daily encouragement all while holding each other accountable to reach your goals.
